The house is light and bright with views from nearly every room of the house and panoramic beach and surf views from a large balcony, perfect for outdoor living in style.

This is a fantastic property in an exceptionally beautiful area. The bedrooms all very spacious and have great outlooks particularly the master bedroom at the top of the house. The dining/living/kitchen area has stunning views and provides an excellent area to chill out. The balcony is a highlight and provides a perfect location for a BBQ out looking on to the ocean, where you can see whales and dolphins swimming. The host was most helpful through out our stay always staying in contact just in case anything was required. We don't have a negative word to say and would strongly recommend this property to anybody wanting to stay in the area.

“We loved EVERYTHING about Yallingups best located beach house. It was so spacious and accomodating for 7 adults and 2 kids. The house itself is absolutely incredible, we fall in love with it straight away. The views and location is just out of this world. The kitchen was equipped with everything you’d ever need. We spent most our time on the balcony soaking up the views and cooking up feeds on the barbie. My toddler made himself at home straight away with all the toys that were already there. The bedrooms were so comfy, had to fight our friends for the master bedroom above the living area!! That space is just amazing!! I can’t fault this place, we had a brilliant time!! Michael was a lovely host and made sure we had everything we need and was only a phone call away if we needed him. I highly recommend this place for families and friends, it was just lush!! ”

The best positioned beach house in the Southwest. Generous verandah allowing enjoyment of all weather conditions, including great dining and BBQ facilities. With absolutely uninterrupted 180 degree views one can spend all day taking in the lively location. Great hosts make the experience all the better.
